Shipping and Returns
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. On our end, we will reach out to our suppliers to confirm stock availability and processing timeframe. In the unlikely event that item in your order is not in stock, we will contact you with alternative suggestions.
If your order is in stock, we will process the charge to your credit card. The product will be prepped to ship by the warehouse, which takes 2 to 7 days, most commonly 2 days. We will send your tracking information as soon your purchased item leaves the warehouse. Please note it could take some time for tracking numbers to be activated by the freight carrier. All large items are shipped via LTL freight carrier and delivered by a third party local delivery service. All deliveries are curbside and by appointment. You will be contacted once your item is ready to be delivered to you. On the day of delivery, someone must be available to receive, inspect and sign for the delivery. You should inspect outside and inside of boxes during delivery. Please note that drivers are only allotted 30 minutes per delivery, so usually unable to wait for a full inspection. If this happens, please make a note on the driver’s copy of the delivery receipt you are asked to sign: DRIVER UNABLE TO WAIT FOR INSPECTION.
Please remember to inspect your item(s) thoroughly for damages and accuracy as soon as possible after your delivery. Any shipping damages must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery. This is the timeframe before the shipper’s insurance will expire and cancel our ability to offer free replacements. If you notice badly damaged boxes or clearly inaccurate items, you can reject delivery and notify us. Anything wrong please send us a note with photos of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
Cancellations, Refusals & Returns:
All orders can be canceled anytime up until it ships. After order departs the warehouse, all cancellations will be created as remorse returns and will be charged return shipping fees and a restocking fee of 20%. Delivery address changes after shipment will incur a re-routing fee specified by the freight carrier. Refusing an order or failing to make an appointment for delivery with the carrier may trigger storage fees and/or a remorse return.
